All Car and tent campers must be at least 18 years of age by Nov. 3, 2017.

All RV campers must be at least 21 years of age by Nov. 3, 2017.

GENERAL CAMPING INFORMATION:

  • All campers must arrive and complete searches during the above listed designated camping check in hours. No patrons will be checked into the campgrounds outside of these designated hours for safety reasons. Please arrive early and plan for traffic on show days.
  • Food, drinks, ice and personal items will be available for purchase at the general store.
  • Portable toilets will be available within the campgrounds. Showers will also be available to campers. (showers open during designated posted hours)
  • There will be emergency medical services available 24 hours a day. Please be sure to familiarize yourself with this location or check in with on-site camp host for emergencies.
  • Please take care of your valuables. Neither Knotfest nor the venue, Glen Helen Amphitheater, and Live Nation is responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  • Propane camping grills are allowed. (charcoal or open flames will be confiscated)
  • In the event of inclement weather, including lightning/rain, etc., we would advise you to take shelter in your vehicles. If you are inside the venue during this time, please exit calmly for everyone’s safety and return to your campsite until the storm clears and you are notified of the resumption of the event.
  • Once your vehicle is parked, we advise you to keep it there. If a car leaves the campgrounds, it will not be allowed re-entry and there is no other overnight parking available nearby. Please arrive prepared for the weekend! If you need to leave for an emergency, please visit the CAMP HOST to escort your car out safely.

TENT CAMPING INFORMATION

  • Car camping spots are 10’x30’ – this is enough room for your car and one tent! You must travel with only the legal amount of people that can fit in your car/truck and you may not sleep in a van. (only 6 guests per campsite) Additional vehicles will not be permitted in the campgrounds. Overnight parking will be available for an additional cost.
  • After you have completed searches, you will be directed to the next available camping spot. ALL campers that will be camping on one camping pass MUST arrive together.
  • Please try to use a minimal amount of space around you or your vehicle so that others can share the grounds.
  • There is no saving neighboring campsites for your friends. You are assigned camping spots based on the order you arrived in. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you want to camp next to your friends, arrive one right after the other.
  • Each camper upon arrival must have a Saturday and Sunday concert ticket (PIT, SEATED or LAWN).
  • Please note all campers in the tent camping must be at least 18 years of age.

RV CAMPING INFORMATION

  • Absolutely NO car movement will be permitted from 2:00 am - 7:00 am
  • Each camper must have a festival ticket and his or her own camping wristband, which will be distributed upon check in.
  • Open campfires or fires/flames of any kind are not permitted.
  • Gas generators are not allowed (however, solar-powered generators are okay!)
  • Glass containers are not permitted in the campgrounds.
  • Weapons of any kind including knives are not permitted.
  • Unauthorized vending of food or merchandise, including alcohol, is prohibited.
  • There is a zero tolerance policy for drugs and drug paraphernalia
  • Each camper and their vehicle will be subject to search upon entry to the campsite.
  • Quiet time will be enforced from 2AM to 8AM each night.
  • Please obey all of the “No Trespassing” signs.
  • Propane camping grills are allowed.
  • Fireworks of any kind are not permitted.
  • Each patron must be 21 to drink within the camping area. If you enter the campground with beer or wine, your government issued ID will be checked to verify you are 21 years of age. The San Bernardino Sheriff’s Dept. will frequently enter the campgrounds and ID campers drinking alcohol at random. If you are underage, you run the risk of receiving a citation or even being arrested if you are illegally consuming an alcoholic beverage. Carry your government issued identification AT ALL TIMES.
  • Animals are not allowed in the campgrounds or within the festival. Please seek accommodations for your pets in a local kennel or with caretakers during your time at Knotfest. You will not be permitted onto the campgrounds with a dog.
  • Please don’t turn your vehicle into a giant advertisement! Any vehicle with sponsorships or ads will be turned away at the entrance
  • Campers are expected to behave in a manner that is courteous to other campers and event staff members. These are your neighbors for the next three days, so please do your best to respect each other.
  • Violation of any campground rule or policy may also lead to fines/and removal from campgrounds.

OZZFEST MEETS KNOTFEST CAMPING CODE OF CONDUCT

Ozzfest meets Knotfest is committed to creating a safe, memorable, and comfortable experience for our guests. In order to provide an environment where guests can enjoy the festival, we have instituted a OZZFEST MEETS KNOTFEST CAMPING CODE OF CONDUCT inside the festival grounds and Camping area.

The following actions can result in a warning and/or ejection of camping party.

  • Irresponsible use of alcohol.
  • Public nudity, lewd behavior.
  • Accessing restricted areas without proper passes.
  • Taunting, bullying, abusive, disruptive language and or obscene gestures.
  • Moving RV or vehicle to another location after placement by festival staff.
  • Parking or extending any part of RV or tent in fire lanes or outside designated marked area.
  • Littering
  • Refusing to quiet music during enforced quiet hours.
  • Failing to cooperate/comply with campground safety officers.

The following actions will result in immediate ejection:

  • Relieving your bladder or bowels anywhere other than approved restrooms/port-a-potties. Please remember you’re in a shared space.
  • Fighting or engaging in any action that may harm, endanger, threaten or bring discomfort to anyone.
  • Engaging in sexual behavior in public.
  • Possession/use of illegal drugs.
  • Damage, destruction, vandalism or theft of any property.

If a guest participating in this behavior is uncooperative or a persistent offender, he/she will be removed from the festival site. In certain situations, the offender may be arrested.

ALCOHOL FAQ:

You must be 21 years of age to bring or consume beer or wine within the campgrounds. ID’s will be checked upon entry with alcohol and periodically.

HOW MUCH BEER AM I PERMITTED TO BRING INTO THE CAMPGROUNDS?
  • You are allowed to bring up to one case of canned beer per person or a reasonable equivalent and one box of wine or 1 plastic container of wine per person.
  • You cannot bring any liquor, any glass bottles, or any kegs – keep it simple.
  • If security deems an excessive amount of alcohol is being brought into the campgrounds, they may refuse permit you to enter the grounds or confiscate the excess amount of alcohol.
SINCE LIQUOR IS NOT ALLOWED ONTO THE CAMPGROUNDS, ARE WE ALLOWED TO BRING WINE?
  • We can only allow box wine or wine in a plastic container into the campgrounds. 1 box per person.
    All glass bottles will be confiscated.

DOES EVERY PERSON THAT ARRIVES IN THE CAR WITH ME ALSO HAVE TO HAVE A TICKET TO GET INTO THE CONCERT?

YES. Every single person that arrives in your car or RV must have both a Saturday and a Sunday ticket to get into OZZFEST meets KNOTFEST. If you do not have a concert ticket you will not be allowed into the campgrounds or into the festival area.

CAN WE PARK OUR CARS NEXT TO OUR TENTS?

Yes! Your car must be parked next to your tent in the campsite.

WILL I BE ABLE TO RESERVE A CAMPSITE NEXT TO MINE FOR MY FRIENDS IF THEY ARE NOT ARRIVING UNTIL LATER?

Camping is on a first come first serve basis. We advise you and your friends all come together so you all can park next to each other. We are unable to reserve campsites and there are no saving spaces, no exceptions. Arrive together, camp together.

IF YOU CONFISCATE SOMETHING, CAN I GET IT BACK AT THE END OF THE WEEKEND?

All prohibited items that are confiscated at any point – whether at entry or throughout the weekend – will NOT be returned. Please carefully read what you can bring into the campgrounds and leave prohibited items at home. If you have a question as the whether or not something is permitted, call venue at 909-880-6500. If you are not absolutely sure, we would advise you to leave it at home.

ARE WE ALLOWED TO SLEEP IN OUR CARS/OVER-SIZED VANS?

No. Sleeping in cars or vans can be a serious health risk. We do not advise this for anyone!

WILL THERE BE A GENERAL STORE IN THE CAMPING AREA?

Yes! It will be open the entire time that the campgrounds are open. Items you can purchase will be basic camping goods, water, ice, simple snacks and basic first aid items such as band-aids, antacids and tampons.

MAY I BRING MY OWN PERSONAL GRILL OR COOKING APPLIANCE?

You may bring a propane grill. You may bring a solar generator.
NO Charcoal and nothing that runs off a gas generator.

IF I HAVE A CAMPING WRISTBAND, CAN I GO IN AND OUT OF THE FESTIVAL AREA, TO THE CAMPGROUND AREA AND BACK IN AT ANY TIME?

As long as the festival is open you can go back and forth from the campgrounds and the festival area freely.
Please note, you are not able to move your car from the campgrounds though, there are no ins and outs of vehicles from the campground area. Once your vehicle leaves the campground area it can not come back in.

CAN I MOVE IN AND OUT OF THE CAMPGROUNDS WITH MY CAR OR MOTORCYLE?

No vehicles will be allowed to move in and out of the campgrounds once you are placed. This includes, Cars, Trucks, RVs, and Motorcycles. Please bring everything with you on your arrival that you will need for the weekend. There will be approved times that you can move out of your camping space during the day or 1 - 1.5 hours after the concert ends. You may pack up your camping gear during the day and move your vehicle to the general parking if you wish to leave prior to the end of the night camping check out times.
